Companies, enterprises, firms, branches established in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan are subject to state registration in the authorities of justice because it is only after such registration that the branch or a representative office is considered established and has the right to operate in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
State registration of firms, branches, representative offices with foreign equity includes checking compliance of constituent and other documents presented for state registration with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issuing a certificate of state registration and assigning a registration number, and adding the data on legal entities in the unified state register.

Document certifying location;
Copy of the certificate of registration/re-registration;
Copy of the taxpayer’s number (RNN, TIN, etc.);
Copy of the Articles of Association/By-Laws;
Legalized extract from the Commercial Register or other legalized document certifying that the incorporator is a foreign legal entity under the laws of a foreign country;
Certificate - "Apostil" or “Consular legalization” for constituent documents (for non-CIS countries);
Director’s Power of Attorney;
Copy of the passport and taxpayer’s number for the director of the firm, representative office or branch.
